Rocky IV
Rocky is doing wonderful! We are completely smiten with him, and love having him as part of our family. He is such a laid back, well behaved dog. It is hard to believe what he has been through in his past because he certainly does not act like he has been through any trauma (and I am sure that alot of that is thanks to how well Kim and her family took care of him). Yes, please go ahead and send us his records. We really appreciate it.
I must say that being at work this week has been so hard! All I want to do is hang out with Rocky! But thankfully, he has adjusted very well to being home alone during the day. I take him for a run at 6am to tire him out, and I think that seems to be working! Then I walk and run with him again at night. He is the greatest dog, and Billy and I cannot thank you and Kim enough for bringing him into our lives!
Rudy
We were looking for a dog to replace our 13 year old beagle (Bruno) that passed on a few months earlier. We contacted TBBR and started the adoption process in Jan 2008. Rudy has been a real gem, started out a bit timid but has really come around. He thinks he is the king of the roost just what you think would befit the regal beagle.
Denise and Bruce
Capote
I just wanted to give you a quick update on Capote (now known as Buddy the Termite Sniffing Dog). He is doing well and is very happy with his new job and owner. He is my business partner and pal.
He has been written up in many of the local papers: The New Barker, the Senior Voice, the Paradise News, more, and participated in events from the SPCA, to the opening of a new dog part in St. Pete.
Bunny
"Winny (formerly Bunny) is doing great! She and her big brother, Remy, a beagle, have really bonded and hate to be separated. She is an affectionate, loving dog who will be your best friend for a belly rub.
Thank you to the Beagle Rescue for providing a welcome addition to my
family."
Rusty II
Rusty has become an enormous part of our family. We are thankful for every day that we have him. He has learned how to shake hands, sit, be friendly with other dogs, and so many other things. Right now, he is having problems with his hips, so we have him at the vet to be checked out. We are hoping that it's nothing serious, as we don't want to lose our shining star.
Thank you again for letting him adopt us :-)
